Welcome to Rushlow Wellness. By accessing this website and/or purchasing or participating in coaching services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Information & Jurisdiction

Rushlow Wellness is a Connecticut-based wellness coaching business operating in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.

2. Coaching Relationship & Scope of Services

Rushlow Wellness provides wellness, life, and mind-body coaching services intended to support self-reflection, personal growth, mindset development, and overall well-being.

Coaching is not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or a substitute for licensed professional services.

You understand and agree that:

Coaching does not establish a therapist-client or medical provider-patient relationship as defined under Connecticut law.
Results are not guaranteed.
You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Services

Rushlow Wellness does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

If you are experiencing mental health distress, medical concerns, or emotional crises, you agree to seek support from a licensed healthcare or mental health provider.

4. Client Responsibility

By engaging in coaching services, you agree to:

Participate honestly and openly
Take personal responsibility for your growth
Communicate needs and boundaries clearly
Notify Rushlow Wellness of any relevant changes that may affect participation

5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited without refund.

Rushlow Wellness reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Coaching packages are non-transferable.
Digital products and completed services are non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

All client information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential except when disclosure is required by law, including:

Risk of harm to self or others
Suspected abuse or neglect
Legal or court-ordered disclosure

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, programs, worksheets, recordings, and frameworks provided by Rushlow Wellness are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.

9. Website Content Disclaimer

Website content is for educational and informational purposes only. Rushlow Wellness makes no guarantees regarding outcomes based on the use of website materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Connecticut law, Rushlow Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of this website.

11. Termination of Services

Rushlow Wellness reserves the right to terminate services if:

The coaching relationship is no longer productive
Boundaries are violated
Payment obligations are unmet
Services are misused

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 5, 2026

Rushlow Wellness LLC is committed to transparency and fairness. Please review this policy carefully prior to purchase.

1. Coaching Services

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Missed or late-canceled sessions (less than 24 hours’ notice) are forfeited.
Unused prepaid sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund requests for unused services will be reviewed case-by-case, at the sole discretion of Rushlow Wellness.

2. Digital Products

All digital products (PDFs, recordings, courses, downloads) are final sale and non-refundable once access is granted.

3. Workshops, Programs & Events

Event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the registration page.
If Rushlow Wellness cancels an event, registrants will receive a refund or credit.
Transfers may be allowed with prior written approval.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Products must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Rushlow Wellness prior to initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in removal from services.

7. Acknowledgment

By purchasing services or products, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Return & Refund Policy in accordance with Connecticut consumer protection laws.

8. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
