With over 20 years in wellness, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, movement, nutrition, and authentic connection.
As a mother of four, someone navigating ADHD, and a woman who experienced the weight of corporate burnout and feeling completely lost at times, my journey into holistic wellness became deeply personal. What started through yoga and eventually growing into a yoga studio owner evolved into a much deeper calling—helping people create sustainable change that supports not just their health, but their whole life.
Through functional nutrition, coaching, energy work, movement, and nervous system support, I believe healing happens when we stop trying to “fix” ourselves and instead learn how to support ourselves with more awareness, compassion, and alignment.
My holistic approach blends functional wellness, mindfulness, somatic awareness, nervous system support, and compassionate communication to support sustainable growth in mind, body, and spirit.
