I have been struggling to write in my blog here because I have had so much going on with life, the business, kids, etc and I was afraid of saying too much that people would leave my site. Living in this fear has prevented me from being my true self and I do not like that. I have come to terms that my people, YOU, MY CREW, are here for this. You want to know what I am saying and you get something out of it. If you don’t, you will unsubscribe and THAT IS OK. I don’t want to take any of your precious time if I am not helping, supporting, or providing some benefit to you and your life. Time is finite, It has an end so please take advantage of every possible second you have to life your life with pure joy and fulfillment.

So I am letting go of that and no longer going to silence myself. I love you all so much and I appreciate you being a part of the R Wellness Crew. You are seriously why I get up each and everyday with such energy and desire for my fellow humans.
