Struggling is real and normal

I have been in a struggle mode lately. Lots of things, great things, going on but they require lots of time from me that I just can’t seem to manage it all. I had to make the tough decision to postpone my grad school until later this year, possibly next. It was such a hard decision to make and there were tears, poor eating, and a few glasses of wine. I just had to assess everything going on in this moment in time and prioritize. Something had to give and unfortunately it was that but I know it is truly the best decision for me, my family, and my clients.

Good news, we are in the process of buying a house out in the woods. I am so excited to get a little land and raise my family as close to mother nature and all her principles. I look forward to my own organic garden that I can feed my family with, my own chickens to get my eggs from, and teaching yoga on my land with beautiful views and wonderful sounds from the environment. Having my boys play out in the woods, building tree forts, and riding dirt bikes…awwwww it sounds wonderful. The dream life my husband and I have talked about for years is finally coming to fruition.

As far as Rushlow Wellness, well it is starting to take off and I love working with my clients so much. I am gaining more and more connections and resources for my clients, that my business is expanding to new areas of support. Things like 10, 14, or 21 day cleanse options, couch to 5k training program, virtual yoga, as well as monthly food tracking. monitoring, and coach support plans for long term results. These are all in addition to my regular 12 week transformation programs, 1:1 coaching programs, and card readings. With this expansive growth, I am needed to focus more time and energy on my business and I just felt like school right now would take away from this. I look forward to getting things dialed in over the next few months and then look at starting in the fall.

I appreciate all your love and continued support as I grow Rushlow Wellness into the vision I have been seeing for years now. Keep continuing to put yourself first, prioritize you and your goals, love yourself, your loved ones, and strangers, and help create a better world for us all.
