About Course

A Dietary Deep Dive For Achieving Your Health Goals

The program is designed to help you make smarter and more effective choices about your nutrition. The goal is to address ongoing health issues (like diabetes, PCOS, candida, etc.) and achieve your health goals through mindful eating. There is no one size fits all solution when it comes to a healthy diet. After an in-depth assessment, I will help you develop, understand and implement a tailor-made plan to achieve your health and weight loss targets and improve your energy levels.

Following a holistic approach, this coaching will take into account your unique physiology, lifestyle, symptoms, and environment for deducing effective action points. Together we will set achievable and realistic goals as well as figure out the best way to achieve them.

We will use the state-of-the-art app, Coach Connect for tracking and reviewing what, how, and when you eat to help you achieve your nutrition and lifestyle goals.

Our 30-minute Zoom sessions, every 3 weeks will keep you on track and provide you with accountability. I will help you troubleshoot any challenges that you might encounter while following your plan.

As a result of this coaching, you are likely to develop healthy eating habits, feel confident in your food choices, and modify and improve your diet to achieve your health goals. You will also be able to completely alleviate or lessen the symptoms of pain, fatigue, gastrointestinal distress, and depression through mindful eating.

Duration: 4 hours over 3 months – 2 hour intake plus four 30 minute sessions

It is about taking a holistic approach to designing and implementing customized solutions for your health needs. Together we will identify which tools work for your body and which don’t. Learning your unique story, I can provide you with the highest quality of customized care.
